Mr. Rude鈥檚 appointment will bolster Cressey鈥檚 focus on developing talented leadership teams and strong organizational cultures within our portfolio partnerships.

Mr. Rude brings nearly 40 years of experience across human resources and organizational transformation, including 22 years as a Chief Human Resources Officer across several scaled organizations, including Option Care Health, Catamaran, and Stryker . Prior to joining Cressey, Mr. Rude most recently served as Executive Partner for CHRO clients at Gartner, a leading transnational technological research and consulting firm with over 20,000 employees. He also has management experience in HR leadership roles at Boston Scientific Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet, and Baxter International.

Mr. Rude earned a B.A. in Speech Communications and an M.A. in Organizational Communications from the University of Illinois
